Each day fill with stuffing made of: one third of work, one third of pep & cheerfulness and one third of humour – with addition of three tablespoons of optimism, one tablespoon of patience, speck of salt and pinch of tact. This mixture pour generously with love.

Prepared dish decorate with little bouquet of appreciation tokens and serve it every day, with required serenity and cup of good refreshing tea.
